Lame excuses for not delivering item

I have not yet received my ebay consignment with the courier partner Aramex, it has been three days the courier boy has been calling up and giving excuses that he is busy to deliver the item at my doorsteps.


They call up just when the working hour ends for them and give lame excuses for not delivering the good and then you find the status update in your goods tracking as "Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled"


Please do improve your service.
