I had an extremely painful experience with Aramex courier services, of course not by choice, but the online shopping that I did with Shoppers Stop sent my consignment through this company.The tracking record clearly showed that the item reached the regional office on time that is Shoppers Stop shipped the item well in time, however, it was lying idle for several days without any further updates about the unnecessary delay.
Finally when I called the customer support a female representative named KALYANI answered the call, who was extremely rude and arrogant lacking even the basics of telephonic manners or customer service and was literally yelling on me.Instead of answering my queries she started questioning me if I reside in the shipping address or not which is none of her business as I’m entitled to do online shopping from any corner of the world. She didn’t apologize even once for the inconvenience faced.
Overall a pathetic service and I would suggest everyone never ever to use this company for posting any valuables or expensive stuffs to avoid stress and inconvenience.
