Extremely Poor Service

I ordered a product from Tradus on 28th July. The order was dispatched by online shipper on 1st august, It has been 19 days and they have failed to delivered the product. Every time I call, they promise that the product will be delivered by the end of the day which they have failed to fulfill.


They promise to call you back and update you in the issue after talking to "higher authorities" but never to do so. This has been going on for the past 15 days.


Please don’t ever use Aramex if you need peace of mind.
