They lost the courier and are not wiling to give any information - No feedbacks - No apologies and No compensation.


They pick a courier from our office - try to get business saying we are better than DHL and Fedex - we are economical and efficient - we will deliver within 2 days unlike DHL and Fedex and other courier companies. They charge extra for packing and safe delivery of the gift. The gift was to go from Mumbai India to Abu dhabi UAE. The gift does not reach the associates. Hundreds of telephonic calls to understand what happen with no reply. Not a single call from them. My person visits Abu dhabi office - some say it is broken some say it is lost. Mumbai office says the associate is not accepting the gift. My associate calls from Abu dhabi and no proper reply. God knows what they did with the gift. No formal or informal feedbacks from them. Some small agency at Borivli - Kamla agency was the pick up agency from Borivli Mumbai.


Have called them a no of times. No reply. Have filed in a consumer case. Awaiting a feedback from them. I think it was stolen by the courier company. If it was broken or damaged - give it back to us. Or compensate us.
