Never ever give your courier to Aramex couriers. They have poor network in cities, staff has poor courtesy for customers.
The site is not properly updated and does not have contact numbers of offices in cities other than some 8-10 big cities. Also, shipment status is not worth relying upon.
Moreover, when try to contact customer care, call is put on hold indefinitely, never to be answered. Even when you get through, staff gives false reassurances. Dont know yet about the packaging etc as havent recieved it yet.
My courier number 6233536369 was picked up from Mumbai on 13th July.Even after 7 days, I hadn’t received it. I was trying to contact customer care- I tried in Mumbai, Delhi, but was put on hold for ages. Nobody picked up.
As site does not have Lucknow address, I had to find it elsewhere and tried the only number, form where I got the customer service number which was busy for ages. so went personally to the office(only one in Lucknow). I was assured that it will reach today itself. But NO. All this while site showed vague detais.
So in the evening, I somehow got in touch with the delivery boy and contacted him. After some pushing and hard words, I got the mail finally, to my great relief.
So, never give ur courier to Aramex courier, even if its the last one
