I ordered my phone from one e-commerce website based in hyderabad and they handed it over to aramex within 1 day.
3 days after this when I checked the shipment status on their website it showed it has reached Bangalore 2 days back but nobody delivered it. I called them and asked about why it isn’t delivered they said it will be delivered today but nobody showed up and at end of day they updated status that "nobody found at home".
I got agitated and called them again next day, and again they said some mistake, we will send it today and as expected nobody showed up and again they updated status to "Nobody found at home"!
Next day I scolded again and as a result they updated status as delivered without delivering it!
This got me pissed off and I filed complaint with ARAMEX and seller because nobody picked my call even after many trials.
Next day afternoon seller thrashed ARAMEX and they called me in office and said why I am making noise because they have delivered it already, to which I said when they said today morning they handed it over to security guard in my building. I asked them then why did you update status as delivered yesterday? to which the answer was because we have to show delivery within 7 days so we update as delivered at the end of 7th day even if it is not delivered! Can you imagine 7 days for one 0.5kg packet to reach Bangalore from Hyderabad?
What sort of crooks are they, because of them I thrashed my security guards thinking they might have stolen it and said it was never delivered. I have decided never to buy anything from any website which uses ARAMEX and I would suggest everyone else should do the same. They are cheats, and if wouldn’t have applied so much of pressure they might have stolen my expensive phone.

Since last 1 year all my e-commerce purchase were delivered by couriers other than ARAMEX but again this time when I ordered my wife’s phone it got stuck in ARAMEX mess. Again they have updated the status "no one at home/ unable to contact" even though delivery boy had contacted me and I was at home! Those guys have some guts, they called me and asked "where are you located saar? " Damn you idiot, its written on the parcel in your hand! After I patiently explained him all the roads and landmarks, he said its tool late I’ll come tomorrow( Can you believe this!). Next day he did not come to deliver and update the satus saying I was not at home.
GO TO HELL ARAMEX!
Last time Mr. Sonu Lamba from Aramex apologized using standard template so if you are alive and still working in Aramex. see how fake was your apology.
