There are lot of things which are going wrong with aramex at the moment. The first and the most frustrating thing is that when you call their customer care, it takes 10 mins to reach a person and during that 10 mins some stupid offer is continously played which really gets on your nerves.
Second thing is I don’t know why it takes them 10 working days to deliver a package from delhi to pune. Third thing was when the package finally came to the destination office i.e. at Pune I was told it would take two more days. Two days for covering a distance of 10kms?
I had to go myself and collect the package. The only one good thing is they update the status of the shipment quite efficiently and accurately, but whats the use when it takes so long to deliver goods domestically.
Anyway wont recommend Aramex to anyone in the future. I hope these guys are listening and make immediate improvements!
