All Call lands in Mumbai.They don’t give Bangalore Phone nos.
a)Even if they give calls are diverted to mumbai again.
b)Even though I leave in center of the bangalore City they Say it’s outside the Location Limits.
they give it to third party to deliver who don’t deliver on time.
c)Your Parcel is not even tracked until you call up and tell them.
you need to call 100 times to know where you parcel is in which office.
d)Miscommunication by Cust care team each time they say different stories when you call them up.
