I’ve already had a couple of my friends complain about this courier service and i’ve been at the receiving end now. I ordered a book from flipkart.com. They shipped on 11th Nov(Friday). The details were updated on 12th Nov and it said Origin Facility as Guindy, Chennai. I’m in Chennai. So I expected it to be delivered first thing on 14th(Monday). I’e attached a screenshot of shipment details from their website.
I still haven’t received the books(16th Nov). Even their customer service closes at 7pm!
I got a package delivered from Delhi to Chennai in less than 24 hrs by Blue Dart. Aramex is just pathetic.
