The courier was booked on 10.10.15. On 17.10.15 it reached the city of destination. The package is lying in the destination city for the last 5 days. I contacted several times regarding this issue and I was informed by them that there is no issue and the package will be delivered.
Today their website is showing the following status - "Incorrect Delivery Address / Awaiting Correct Address".
It now seems that they have very cleverly embezzled my package as they have now stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.
I am planning to lodge an FIR against them.
Buyers and Sellers please avoid this SHAM courier company.
