People, please don’t order using archies online.com website, it’s one of the worst websites in terms of rates of the product and the worst customer support.
I had ordered for 3 items on feb 17th(photo frame, wallet and a gift card), only 2 items got delivered except gift card and the photo frame was way too small compared to the description provided on the website. I called up customer care the next day of delivery and asked them to pick up the item and to deliver the missing gift card. Till today I am calling them and mailing them almost every day and there is no update at all on the reverse pick up and the gift card.
This website is the worst ecommerce portal to purchase any item, and you will surely be frustrated once you contact the customer care for any kind of support. I strongly feel that even if the reverse pick up is gonna happen, it will be another painful event to get the amount credited back to my account, and in that case it’s a utter waste of money.
Please don’t ever think of going to archiesonline website to buy any gift items.
