Are Soft Drinks Healthy?

Truly speaking soft drinks are not healthy as they contain Carbonic acid, sugar, preservatives and off late if not controlled within specified limits some pasticides which could be dangerous to health of children. The soft drinks are put under Junk Food category and should not be taken in excess. Although the World Health Organisation has defined some specific standards for the ingradients which a soft drink should contain and the required tolerances on the upper limits of pasticides and chemicals harmful to human health are fixed, but these are honestly followed if you consume a soft drink in Europe e.g USA, Canada, UK, Russia etc., because they know the value of human being. But unfortunately in India the norms are violated so often and when media tells the reality, the checked limit of harmful chemicals exceeds sometimes 30 times the specified level even harmful for consumption by animals. A donkey may die after consuming a bucket of such pasticide excess soft drink. Unfornutely in India the businessmen are never concerned about public health, they are concerned about minting money at the cost of public health. How they can boast off that a soft drink made in India and in USA are same. It can never be as the pasticide is in our blood and to get it purified, atleast 5 to 10 generations of honest people are required. So it is well known fact that the soft drinks can never be put under Healthy food category, yes if the pasticides are controlled, a timepass limited consumption is welcome always.
