I have tried both the detergents SURF and ARIEL. Both are good, but in comparison, ARIEL seems to act more strongly than the SURF. Both wash the coloureds equally well. ARIEL does the job better on WHITE clothes...The whites are WHITER ! That’s my reason for buying Ariel , handy for whites.
I wonder if the colours fade slightly in Machine Wash...Must be careful with the quantity of detergent maybe.
PRICE COMPARISON :-
Both, ARIEL and SURF for Machine wash, cost THE SAME, Rs.155/- per 1 Kg. But ARIEL Detergent for Bucket wash is much cheaper than SURF Bucket wash: Rs.49/1Kg as against Rs.82/1Kg. respectively.
