Joined ArisGlobal with minimal expectations 6 years ago. Over the last 6 years I have gained a lot of experience and exposure working here. Like any other organization, ArisGlobal has seen good and bad days. But bad days have not always been bad. Those who stood by the organization during bad days did finally see the rainbow. I’m an example of it and I’m proud to be a part of ArisGlobal.
I’ve seen some talking about what the organization has not done for them. How many of us talk about what we have done for the organization. If Leave Management System did not exist, we as a part of the family should have spend some extra time at work to build one and evaluate and recommend one.
If one considers their work place as a place of worship and their work as god, the he/she would not complain about the leave in the wall, but would look at fixing it.
I’ve seen many fixing such gaps in the system and gaining recognition at ArisGlobal.
