Well.with only hopes I joined this company to learn something good. They never had LMS(leave management system) in place.’cos it was expensive to buy.when I was there.things seemed jittery they handed over very similar to school days progress report card which we used to show to my parents & get singed, this was their LMS.! and this comp exists for more than 2 decades. that’s nonsense for CMM Level 3 comp.
Here it goes.first & fore most this comp.poach people.in sense.if you make thru the so called Tech rounds of interview.the Recruitment team just pays what ever you want.in terms of INR/annum.this is first sing of getting into the hopeless den.then comes the so called induction phase.this is ok.but never of any help any time.similar to other comps.then starts the worse part.when the lay off happened tin 2008.few were taken t the basement and the lay off was discussed.HR Manager was laid off’cos he raised voice for the employees like us.VP was laid off.what else you can in a comp where VP isn’t spared.
I was mostly not given training on the Product I was suppose to work on.then too.though made an attempt to learn.but.the juniors there seems to be more interested to know your salary.and you where about.like where you studied.where you last worked.In my case they didn’t ask my salary.but questions were.how much can a person of 5 years expect here.these are really annoying.This is a Shity.Sidey.and what not.immature.’cos the way they used to comment in ears.of each other.HR Dept is only to chat among themselves.Finance dept ppl act as if they are paying from their pocket.so no queries entertained.Operations dept.is best of the lot.’cos you never know their existence.but only for Food Coupon collection.
So if interviewed.please ask for the team to be hired.this is very very important.
Mostly all teams(in whole, not in partial or bits and pieces), have some mentally goofed-up people.and.unprofessional.fools and morons.like.they never bothered to inform.the status
It’s U to believe.post joining.your personal.life.will be like Metro in Bangalore.screwed.up.many of my colleagues died to get laid off forgetting their home side commitments.and even girls weren’t spared.test & leave.what ever time it is.’cos colleagues was mentally upset over the torture.Please Handle with care.its your career.Money does not matter.always.
