ARISE - Pathetic Product and after sales service

I purchased a Electric Geyser Torrido model in November 2015 and within 20 days it started giving problem like over heating etc. After raising complain their engineer visited to fix the issues twice but it never worked as they promise.


However as the winter has started I noticed that the Geyser is giving electric shocks so I called the customer care a week back on October 22 and till now no one from Arise has come to fix the issue. I have reminded them several times over phone and email but their service team is simply non-responsive.


I know I did a mistake buying Arise products so simply want to warn people to stay away from them and better go for a good brand who has a better product line and after sales service.
