Initially when we joined it was Army school(AS) later when passed out after 7yrs it became Army Public School(APS). My childhood is with this school. Initial stage most preference was given to wards of defence personnel and paramilitary personnel’s but when they changed the name from AS to APS, more civilians wards were started getting admitted. Now when you go to nearby Kamaraj road you would see its great infrastructure. It has its best academic programs for children to learn a lot. Good administration and extracurricular programs are there highlighted part like school cultural’s, independence day etc. Sports day is the most attractive part of this school, we just love our sports day with shouting and screaming. Yes now they have alumni network. So friends school life is different life use most of that life and cherish it because you won’t get that moment never again in your life.
