Hello friends, today I am going to share my experience of going in this Arouse Spa which is located in Bangalore.
One month ago, I went to Bangalore due to some work and while I was returning to my hotel, I saw this spa and decided to go there and get refreshed. But instead of getting refreshed, I got frustrated and really angry due to their very rude staffs and their low-quality service.
Infrastructure: The looks and interior of Spa were overall good. There were proper items of furniture and bed for the massage was comfortable too. This is the only plus point I can mention in this whole Spa and I think its the only way by which customers can get attracted towards their spa because they fail miserably in other categories and in terms of their service.
Staff Attitude: The Staffs were very rude and they just don’t know how to behave with people and don’t have any manners. They were talking very loudly with me in a very inappropriate manner. They kept me waiting for very long and when I complained about it then they began to misbehave with me and tried to prove themselves right. They were doing their work very fast and it seemed they were in a hurry. They were not paying attention to my words and was just buys in their own world.
Value for money: They don’t deserve any money as they provide very poor service and also misbehaves with their customers. They just fool everyone with their superior infrastructure but other than that they have nothing special in their spa and its complete waste of money and time going there.
I would recommend everybody to not to go this spa ever.
