Actually I ordered a trouser through online arrow using my debitcard on january 3, 2017. .The next day I tracked in that they mentioned that my order will be delivered in three days. But till now I didn’t receive it. I have been following up with both the courier company armanex and the arrow customer care, but both of them are in denial mode. The courier company is saying that they have delivered it. I have asked arrow to provide me the DRS copy of the courier delivery, but they are responding negatively
Its bad customer service by the arrow definitely they need to improve their service.
Very bad experience I had with them.
