Easy way to lose ur hard earned money to these fraudsters. Impressed by their sugar coated words, I purchased package from them and that was the last happy day when they parted after taking cheque from me. Ever since that they have hardly responded to any calls or given any service when asked.
I decided to get refund of my money. Even personally I visited their office few times but have not yielded any results. they asked me to send a mail at adarsh@arthahealth.com and would refund the money in 45 days time. but even after 2 1/2 months neither the pmt. is received or anybody have cared to revert to my mail.
They say they have not recd any mails from me. Whenever I’ve visited there i’ve seen other people (victims) shouting and abusing them. they never bother to receive ur calls or respond to ur mails. i’ve decided to sue them in consumer court and fight tooth and nail. pls. pls dont ever get fooled urself to this fraud company.
They are real real cheaters...
