I had purchased Honda Brio from Arya Honda Prabhadevi Branch. I purchased the car charger from the showroom itself and the charger was causing problem in the radio frequency. I repeated called the showroom to check they did after I numerous mails and taking for a test drive. Eventually they changed but still the charger was defective and later asked to change another charger but still the same problem. When I told them to give a better quality charger they kept on promising for days and I made several calls to the sales person and wrote to customer service department but whenever they promised the dates they never delivered and always gave excuses. After agreeing to the service pick up date and time the honda driver does not turn up and the reason the driver was absent and some say there was shortage of drivers. Its horrible after sales service. Please don’t go to Arya Honda Prabhadevi Branch they just call you 100 times before buying the new car but later no one cares.
