I availed arya and movers without using Urban clap for the second time as I was in touch with Prabhat chowdhary. I have faced an extremely harrowing time throughout my experience. From confirming the order several times, there was no acknowledgement for the insurance amount we paid. I still don’t have it. The goods weren’t well-packed and my bike and cycle have been damaged. Several of the cartons are torn and I was waiting the whole day in my destination waiting for my consignment. On conveying the same, I was shouted at, spoken to rudely and literally bashed by Prabhat. I am heavily disappointed with the level of communication, no proper packaging for vehicle and customer service by the company. I urge you not to avail them as they are poor in most important aspects of business
