Arya Movers and Packers made my move from Noida to Hyderabad a stress free process! From the initial consultation with Mr Choudhary, who walked me through every detail of the move and he was always ok to change our estimate if needed, at the packing day 6 staff members came and packed the and and as I wanted the loading to be done on the next day due to timing problem they sent 4 guys the next day to load the goods in to the truck Somveer and his crew provided good service and packing . there was delay of the insurance, the insurance policy was not given to me on the packing day, I called up the next day they still told me that they will mail the policy on that day which din’t happen, finally I dropped a mail mentioning I was not happy with the kind of response I was getting, finally I gota apology and a mail revert along with the policy, called them up for status a few times again the response time was slow, But the my goods arrived on time everything was perfectly rearranged.
Though told me they wont open the carton boxes and arrange them, The guys in Hyderabad were also professional people Mr Sanjay here in Hyderabad was very polite and made sure every thing is rearranged as I wanted, and helped me also check the inventory list to see missing item and rechecked all goods if there were any damages, which luckily we dint find any . a few scratches here and there while they were getting my goods to the 3rd floor, but I wont complain about that, the guys in hyderabd did a have a hard time to get the goods on 3rd floor, as stair case was not big enough . Mr choudhary called me again after everything was done to get he feedback . so here it is .
I have read many reviews of arya, most of them complaining about the same thing, and I also faced the same issue, the office guy are to slow and don’t respond instantly to customers . which they should consider improving .they might lose confidence of customer in arya due to negligence of instant reply .
I appreciate the field members of arya team who helped us in Noida, also the Hyderabad team good job guys .
