ASAR is an SAP consulting company based out of US. They don’t have full time consultant and they get their work done through freelancers in Inida. The owner "Mr. Sanjjeev" always picks different consultant from India on hourly basis to complete his projects, but he doesn’t pay money at the end. I have worked on one of his project but he did not pay me for that. Later when I inquired from other people, I got to know that this is his way of working. He would hire people, get his work done and leave the consultant without paying. Then again he would hire a different consultant for a different project and does the same.
Being an Indian he knows that all Indian IT professionals are hungry to do freelancing and he takes the advantage of that. Please be careful when you get a call from him for freelancing.
