I shifted my stuff to Delhi from Bangalore a couple of days back. Assent Packers and Movers, Bannerghatta Road bangalore seemed quite promising and commited to their job.
My stuff reached delhi two weeks later than the promised date.
Finally when the stuff reached Delhi, it was all damaged. My LCD TV screen had Broken and my refrigerator had big dents on all its 3 sides.
When I spoke to their guy who came to deliver he started using abusive language and asked me to pay him all his pending amount.
When I asked them to take the stuff back and deliver the same only after getting it repaired, they refused and werejust not leaving my home.
When I told them that i’ll claim from insurance then inturn told me that they do whatever u can but we’ll not refund money.
Finally I had to pay them all the money even though all my stuff was broken to avoid any hassles and cheap staff arguments.
