Christopher was the representative sent for valuation. Gave 15k quote for transport within Bangalore city. This was excluding boxing but including packing all items. On the day of packing, Insufficient amount of packing material was sent. Packers tried to move material without packing and I had to intervene. No additional packing material was sent but voila there was some packing material in the truck that was just about sufficient.
Some of the items were damaged and Mr. Syed promised to personally look into it (after trying to contact Christopher and him for 15 days). Nothing happened after 2 months. I thought I should share my experience and save others the trouble. Rate is very high but the service is quite low. I was willing to pay the high rate for the service and security but it wasn’t the case here.
