It’s a food chain of Apni Rasoi, owing to the success of Apni Rasoi in sector 8, rohini, Six to 7 years back, they started Ashu Bhatura shop. It is situated on the corner of the road and several vehicles passed by the shop, which creates huge noise pollution and sound pollution, which affects the quality of food being cooked , and we have no other option but to stand and eat, as there is no place to sit.
When they started , price of chola Bhatura was Rs 18, which has seen a huge jump in these years. Now, they charge you 70 rs per plate. They have a policy, they increase the price every six months.
Money is not the issue for many, since the local people of the area has no other choices when it comes to chola bhatura’s.
The quality has degraded to a huge level, I used to eat their food thrice a week since it was delicious, and the bhatura’s were stuffed with paneer , dhanya, and the bhatura’s were less oily. But now a days, since they have no other competitor in the area, they are hardly concerned about the customer satisfaction.
Earlier, they used to pack Cholas in polythene, last year I asked them, to provide atleast some boxes for the subzi. The staff is also very arrogant, if u complaint them about the quality and quantity of the food, they say, in their style

Several times, u have to wait for your order, I had a personal experience, when I waited for half an hour for my order, what comes as a shock to me that the chola were finished, they have sent their men to bring Cholas from inderlok, that day I came to know, they don’t even prepare the subzi in their shop.
They mix aloo and chola and if u ask them to pack aloo and chola separately, they will deny it, as only one small box will be provided per customer. Pay extra if u need Aloo ki subzi separately.
The biggest drawback of this shop is that they don’t do home deliveries, in scorching heat or in freezing cold or in rains, when you feel like eating some #Garma -garam chola bhaturas# u have to move out of your bed and visit their shop. I even asked them, why you guys don’t do home deliveries, and their reply, Hmaara bik rha h, jarurat Kya h, ghar ghar jaane ki
On the whole, I will rate max 2 stars out of 5; Degraded quality , limited quantity and the lack of a home delivery system, will make it suffer. I am waiting for the day for the entry of a new shop for chola bhatura’s , which will definitely make them realise, that only the profit is not the key to succeed, its the customer satisfaction too which will build up their business and reach out to masses.
