Home. Sweet home. This is what most of us remark, when asked about the place where we most love to be. A house is made of bricks, cement and sand. The structure of bricks is then just a structure. It is inanimate for us until we nest in it. As time passes by, we feed so much love, empathy & tolerance for each other that such humanness pours life into the house. The house then is known as home. Home, sweet home.
The walls become our friends. Though quiet, they speak of our attitude & existence. Friends & relatives may estrange us in the times of adversity, but the walls of the home stand by us giving hope. The windows allow the cool breeze to flow in and show us the world outside us while we are cozy in our home. The door welcomes us when we enter back into our home after doing our share of service towards the worldly obligations. Thus, we observe that there is a world within a world. Our home that is our world within a world speaks, and speaks loud.
Asian Paints have here tried to strike a chord with the basic feelings of life. If a product has to rise above the existing competition, it has to shine through the eyes of the consumer, and make a strong impact on them. The theme that Asian Paints have employed is creative enough to be able to catch the eye of customers.
The espousing of music is conspicuously pleasant. The play back is glorious and the recording is brilliant. The melody is subtle, haunting and thoughtful. The family of four shown justifies the ad completely and the home shown is a perfect selection. The selection of models has been very thoroughgoing. The apparel selection is consummating and matches well in relation to the mild & dim lighting of the home. The direction has been top class and similarly the editing that is one of the most important parameter in an Ad has been flawless.
The theme that every house speaks something is indeed a very original and insightful one. It is true that houses are an inalienable part of our life and it is in the house where a newborn observes the nourishing of love towards him. It is in a house that a teenage rides his bike and hides the posters of playmates under the pillow. It is the house where a youthful girl dreams about his Mr. Perfect and blushes away. It is in the house where parents and the elderly one meet together, eat together and pray together. House is nothing but a small, private world. P.S: I was really very busy these days. Just when I was going through my profile, I observed that I have completed one year in MS. I thought that since MS is my net nest, I must write a review that reflects my thoughts about home and all what I’ve written above stands true even for the walls of MS.i.e the members.
