Worst customer service, unstable connection

Worst customer service, unstable connection, technicians won’t be available on holidays.


My connection was DART 1470. During just one month I lost connection three times. First time it was on a public holiday and it took 3 days to get connection back. Second and third time down for one day.


I took connection in July and on August 5th they disconnected without even informing me saying that bill amount was high. When I called customer care they said once I pay the amount it would be reconnected but I should pay 250 as reconnection charge. I payed the bill and disconnected.


I paid more than 3000 rs as installation charge including modem cost. At first they told me they would refund 1500rs as its the cost of modem. But I never got that amount.


Friends never go for Asianet broadband service. You will loose peace of mind and your money.
