Let me tell you from the beginning. I wanted a net connection in my home.earlier I used to go frequently to internet cafe if I wanted to use the net.their inernet speeds were bad.like 20-50 kbps. So I decided to take asianet dataline’s homenet 399plan. They told me that I would get a speed of 128 kbps.so I agreed and thought that it’s a lot better than going to internetcafe’s. When I got the net, the speeds were worse(12-14kbps).even awful than the cafe’s.the speed got decreased day by day.now my speed has gone to 0.1to10 kbps.i got very angry and frustrated. I called up the customer care. The customer care told me that, if I wanted better speeds, i should subscribe for higher plans.now I feel really stupid for choosing asianet.
