About this ISP
This is the first cable isp in Trivandrum, Kerala. And I’m one long time user of this isp. This isp had a monopoly over other telephone isp for some years. But when new and lots better isp came, their supremacy is diminishing. There service was moderate till last year, but now they are worst tan hell.
Speed/Reliability
I’m using Homenet connection (64 Kbps kilobits/sec). Never getting speed more than 5-6KBps(KiloBytes/sec). But 64Kbps=8KBps.
For homenet connections, We will get 5-6kbps for 2days in a week and <1kbps for 5days in a week.(even in the non peak hours like 3 or 4 am midnight)
Sometimes connection will be down for several hrs atleast 2 days in a week.
Customer Service
It have worst customer service support in this world. I’ve been arguing with them everyday.
Most of the time when connection is down, all their phone lines will be dead for hours.
They wont accept the truth that fault is from their side.
They make up new and new stupid reason to fool customer everytime.
Even if all the connections are in very slow like hell, they say we are using full speed.
Why cant they say the truth?
Conclusion
If you dont want to cry, dont take this isp connection. I’ve suffered lots from this. This is the word of expert in this field. You can rely on me.
