Too bad on smartphones

The signature expires once in every 10 minutes and user has to sign in again and again even when using continuously.


How can an ISP think of ignoring smartphone users who need uninterrupted connection for receiving notifications.


Company has a taken for granted attitude which doesn’t amuse many customers.


I can see in many discussions that the technicians don’t address this issue if reported. I have raised a complaint and awaiting their reply.
