Im a frustrated Asianet Data Line ( adl ) user.i have been using their connection for past 2 years also complaining to them about frequent cut offs in their connection for past 7 months.
I swear, till today they didnt rectified it. Some guys tell that its better than BSNL. I agree with them.but im paying asianet for providing me the best service.i dont want to know anything about BSNL or what so ever.
Im using nightbird and they dont hav even one guy to rectify the customers problems at night. And their customer care is worse than anything.what they usually tell is that, they cant do anything technically.
Once I asked their customer care rep that how can I get this solved?. and he told me to pray well to get this solved ("sir, muttu kuthi ninnu praarthicholu"). Anyways I didnt get that recorded for some reason(tht dude is lucky)
But after that, I record all conversations with them. And here im posting last to calls.you can here it by yourself. I do not have any bad intentions.just want to show how bad they are at their cutomers.hope some one will rectify my problem.
