My name is Amit Mehta. Askme.com sales representative Harsh Sharma(**Mobile No- 9818895111**) approached me for taking their services and I have agreed for the same and **purchased their services on 18-08-2014**. I had subscribed the package(My **customer form no is 2013 1065383**) which includes the following:-
My business listing with the tag value partner at their website and mobile app on 20 keywords which I have already emailed on harsh.sharms@getitinfomedia.com.
They will provide me Business leads on my registered email.

As committed by Mr Sharma my listing will be activated within 3 working days but till now nothing has happened.
When I called Mr Sharma then he spoke very rudely and give me a new mobile no of Mr Umesh(**Mobile no:- 9871955110**). Then he put my mobile number in his rejected list.
When I called Mr Umesh he committed me that he will look into the matter and askme services will be activated within an hour. But again my services were not activated.
When I try to reach Mr Umesh;he is also not picking up my call.
I also complained about the same at askme **customer care number-18602088888** **dated 02-09-2014**. They guys logged my complaint and given me a **complaint number 34461** and told me that they will either activate my services or refund my money.
They also committed me that this issue will be r**esolved within 2 days**. When on the third day i.e. **05-09-2014** my services were not activated I called their customer care number they again told me that my issue will be resolved with in 48 working days(1 Day=8 working hours) i.e. 8 days and they also haven’t registered any complaint against their executives.
I don’t know what should I do. Please please . don’t take their services. Askme guys are just cheating people.
*My purpose of writing this review is that like me someone should not be fooled by Guys like Mr Harsh or Mr Umesh.*
