Guys I’m sharing my personal experience here.
So, Before starting, you should know some facts about this fraud website:
There’s no option to create or register your account.
No Tracking details or email notifications.
Manual process, you’ve to call customer care every time. If you want to solve your queries. Ohh! Wait! Read the next point.
Their customer care executives are DUMB. They’re just good at giving excuses.
Charges of customer care number are also high. Make sure you’ve at least 100 rs. balance before you call.
However, let me start with my first order.
Currently, Askmebazaar is running a campaign named’Spin The Wheel’, which is itself a BIG scam.
I ordered a HP 32 GB pendrive from a seller named Elite Computers. It’s price was 969 INR. After spinning the wheel, I got 42% discount on the total amount that was only 565 Rs. There wasn’t COD option on that particular item. So, I paid for that item(my Biggest mistake). After 2 days I received a reply from them that they’re are unable to process my pre-paid order as the seller went out of stock.
Seriously, why?! If the product is not available while ordering, then there’s no point of showing it in stock.
I called their customer care, they didn’t know anything about this condition. They registered my complaint for refund.(Still pending)
Now, coming to my second order.
This time I thought I should give them a second chance. So, again I ordered a SanDisk 32 GB pendrive on 6th November, as I was getting it only for 525 Rs. This time I selected COD option as it was available.
On 13th November(After 8 Days) I received a message that they’re unable to process my COD order and again they automatically cancelled my order. This time the seller was Dharmanan Mobile.
So, this is the main reason I’m writing this review. Guys! please beware of this SCAM website. It is better to stick with reputed E-Commerce websites than AskMeBazaar.
