I have a bought a bluetooh speaker of JBL from them for 1700. The bluetooth was not working and sound quality was not that what JBL speakers come with. I asked for exchange they said we do not provide exchange u ll get a refund and took them 6 months I made more than 200 follow up calls and wrote more than 10 emails for refund.
Never ever buy anything from them or you ll regret.
