After my first successful order executed to my utmost satisfaction, I tried the site: both askmebazaar & it’s grocery store and had worst experience.
Pros:
U may find large range of items relatively cheaper on this site.
Phone helpline is the best unlike most of other popular sites which don’t answer ur phone.
Cons:
No login. There is no way to know ur order history etc except by thru helpline.
Takes too long to deliver, they say 7 working days but takes months.
Items under good bargain are never delivered. Out of my last order of 17 items, only 9 which were relatively not so good bargains were delivered and refund paid for all other eagerly awaited items. Why do they book the prepaid orders they can’t honor? Cash on delivery items under good bargain are mostly declined/undelivered.
Insufficient details/Specifications of items are displayed, one has to consult other sites for more information on the items.
My prepaid order for 3 lafor more than a month. Helpline told me y’day that item had been given for dispatch on 17th(2 weeks earlier), reminder is being sent and may take up to 7 more working days. This means I’m likely to get only bamboos without leaves, the remains of the plant. My order for 2 numbers 4’ LED Lifelite tube-lights booked a month ago at a good discount has not been honored and cancelled.
