Order not received by 9-2-2015 ask me bazar

I have ordered the samsung power bank 10000mah by ASK ME ONLINE SHOPPING on 9-2-2015 still it has not been delivered to me.

I have called to customer care 4-5 times. they only replied we have locked the complaint and it will be delivered to you shortly.

But it is not delivered to me till now.And i have waste 100 rs of my mobile balance on customer care. If ask me has not having guts to delivered so why they are doing business, what a third class experience.
