Askmebazaar. com, I have a worst experience with this pathetic website.
I had ordered Earphone from brand SkullCandy on this website. I was looking for the Skullcandy earphone on every website like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal then I found there were no discount was offering on this item. But after that I searched on google for the website which was offering discount on this item. Then, I found Askmebaazar. com which was offering it in 50% discount.
Before ordering this on Askmebaazar. com I contacted to their customer executives.
I asked them about the description of the product like Is it genuine? , Is their warranty provided all over the india? .
They told me that it is genuine product but the product is Imported product from different country. And there is no warranty on the product.
I asked them many times that Is this the product really genuine and quality is good as real as SkullCandy earphones.
The Answer was only one - YES, THE PRODUCT IS GENUINE.
Then Finally I ordered the product and I received it after 3 days at home.
But when I tempered the package I found the earphone nicely packed into it.
And I opened the item and plugged it into mobile with excitement.
And the item is worst I mean its fake. And the sound it produced is indescribable. And they didn’t returned it.
