I am Vasu Jain, a student of Gujarat National Law University.
I had ordered earphones by Dr. Dre Beats in the last week of June vide order No. qrc32521074.
But on receiving the order, I was surprised because I found that the earphones were not good and on were causing pain in my ear. Hence, I returned those within 48 hours. It has been around 6 months but I have received neither communication nor refund from their side despite my repeated calls and emails.
They are a fraud.
