I’ve ordered a combo with order number AB597557 and it turned out to be a nightmare. #askmebazaar is the most pathetic e-commerce store i’ve ever encountered.
Company is spending like anything on its advertisement and on reality they have not spend any penny on infrastructure to provide better services, neither any effort is seen.
Customer care executives are not trained. They are not capable to understand customer’s concern
Askmebazaar is using worst courier service: Delhivery.
My order was miscommunicated as COD(Cash On Delivery) to courier so I cannot take it without paying cash. Although i’ve already paid online via credit card. This is really ridiculous.
And most importantly, the packet was not packed properly.
The product is already peeping out of package and the packet is already torn. Now when it will be delivered next day, only God knows if it contains all items intact.
I am not buying anything from this store for sure now and also i’ll spread these words to my level best so that everyone will refrain from using it.
And askmebazaar learns some lesson.
