I am sure most of you agreed with me if you ever bought any product from askmebazaar.com. It is one of the worst website, very bad app, worst products, very low quality products, and at last very unprofessional customer service. I have bought a mi earphone worth of 299+ 34 ( additional shipping charge) . They did’nt provide me much details about the product neither they provide any tracking no. to me, and the worst thing is that they only provide customer care no.
Which is also not toll free. Their customer care service is the worst I have encounter in my life. If you want to know about the status of your order you have to tell them order id maually by phone if connects, otherwise forget it. They should atleast provide a toll free contact no. to its customers. The earphone I got was packed well but the products was a cheap one, buttons are not attached properly, looks like it is a fake product. Very dissapointed. I am not going to buy anything from this site in future.
