I had ordered groceries worth 3000 INR on the site. Received close to 4 calls asking for verification/validation of address and order.Gave an impression the order is in fulfillment mode, only to be taken by surprise that the order has been cancelled due to NO stock.
The question is out of 20 items if the e-tailer doesn’t have even a single item why are you claiming freebies on order value more than 1000 INR?
Plus, the time I spent on choosing the stock and then waiting for the same to be delivered, I could’ve ordered on some other good site.
