Say a offer on the site Combo of 4 power banks . Ordered it and received after two weeks. Received a package opened it and shocked to see only a one unit that too of cheap quality. Tried to contact customer care service but in vain. Firstly they couldn’t even able to track my order although I provided them with order id. When finaly contact them and was shock to me that they have then own rules of english and they consider that Combo of 4 as one( 1) . What is this? Requested to return the product and was told that it has been 3 days of the delivery so it can’t be returned. And on the top of that just keep on sending messages to my phone. You can’t even stop these message. I won’t even be ordering anything from them even if they are giving anything for free.
