So came the chicken in a tub, consisting atleast 250-300 gm melted butter and 8 pieces of meat literally floating in the all butter gravy. The meat pieces were evenly and very well made. It had the perfect balance of smokey aroma and the buttery texture that you will get after every bite while you smear the chicken in butter. It is pure Mughlai royalty in disguise.
The quantity of butter was so much that it looked as if the chicken tikkas were half submerged in the butter. And yes, they tasted heavenly.Its definitely a place that you must visit if you are in that area.
