When you call them initially they will give all jazz and make you believe they are the best in the business and have been working since 1999.As starters, at the day of the shifting they didn’t bring packaging material that they promised and packed with cheap material. When I called but Ashwarya didn’t pickup on the first occasion. But it didn’t matter because Ashwarya had least control over his field staff. Because as you all know that when packaging has already started there is just keeping the finger crossed and hope things go well. This same logic was exploited by this Associated Cargo Movers and Packers pvt ltd.
There was mishandling of goods and reckless delivery. It was chaos all the way from day of packing till delivery.
They will also try to sell you insurance which has no relevance on damaged goods while transport and that you will get to know once you try to claim. And now when you talk post giving money they will fail to recognize you and different people will speak to you. This is where they will give you gyan about processes and department they have which is all fake. They will try to pose their-selves as a multi-national like company and on the grounds an pan-wala drives his business with more honesty and integrity.
Associated Cargo Movers and Packers pvt ltd team including their owners are least bother about your consignment and more bothered about their money.If you want to pay loads of money to get stress, insulted, harassed, damage your goods THEN please try them ELSE don’t ever give them business ever.
I WON’T EVER DEAL WITH THEM. They and their associated employer, employee & vendors are unprofessional.
