Aston health& fitness club is located in ernakulam. I am a member of Ayush health club and becaue of lake of facilities I have decided to leave this gym. That’s why I visited Aston health club and I am excited for this health club as it is giving so much facilities.
This gym is full air conditioned and there are all machineries and all the equipments of all the exercises like chest, triceps, biceps, back, shoulder. There are also treadmills which I like most. All the trainers are certified and knowledged. There are also option for personal training, And they also give diet chart.
