I bought frame from Astrotalk. I had also received the mail stating they have dispatch my item. After waiting for couple of weeks they cancelled my item automatically stating they went out of inventory.
Simple common sense says if my item was dispatched then how can they run out of inventory?
It is now more than a month and they have still not processed my refund. I sent them mails and also sent message on whatsapp but they are not responding to any of them.
I tend to believe that this site is a scam and they simply dont care about customer. They are here to loot money. I have seen several complaints from other customers too. Kindly connect with me so we can collectively file case in consumer court and other forums against this company
