I had purchased and paid for astroved.com’s Fix Relationship mantra writing service for 100008 times(1 LAKH TIMES) on 29 February 2020. Until 10 May 2020(71 days having passed since purchase of the service), they did not provide me any communication/update through e-mail/whatsapp or phone call regarding the said service and, therefore, I sent an e-mail to customer support at support@astroved.com to which they said on 27 May 2020(after 17 days of my e-mail to astroved.com’s customer support) that mantra writing for 1 LAKH times was performed in 10 days between 7th March-17th March. It appears to be impossible that 1 LAKH times mantra can be written in 10 days and as such I sent them several e-mails seeking clarification as to how 1 LAKH times mantra can be written in 10 days. First, I was told they performed the service only for 10K times due to certain technical issue at their end and later said they wrote for full 1 LAKH times in 10 days by employing 4-5 writers, contradicting their own self. Finally, despite several e-mails, calls and follow-up from my end since May 11, the grievance remains unaddressed and unresolved. SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS AT ASTROVED.COM! People who are in distress situation seeking help avail of the services in the hope it will be performed, however, turns out to be hopeless service! NOT RECOMMENDED!
