The phone is priced write and hence lot of people including myself has bought it. I bought it 8 months back and the sad part is - right from the time of purchase, I am facing of problems with the set.
1) It does not have good network reception. The signal just goes off while talking or even while sending SMS. Most of the time the phone detects the network after some time, but other times you have to manually search the network. I never had any problem with network in my previous Nokia phone - E51.
2) The system just gets hung. This happen at least once in two days and the only way to get it right is to remove the battery. This is really irritating.
3) Three days back the touch screen stopped working. Thankfully, I can make and receive calls using the keys given, but no SMS and other functions.
4) Though the phone has a 2 MP camera, it is of no use. Never have got a satisfactory picture or rather the phone O/S is so slow that you will have to wait for some time to realise if the picture is taken or not. In most of the cases, the picture is blur.
5) Service center gave me a cold response. Planning to visit them and find out during the weekend. Don’t know how they are helping in getting their PDA product - which is new in the market to get established.It has been quite a pain to have this phone and I won’t recommend any one to buy this. Think the standard phones of Nokia are any day better (My personal opinion).
